Habs Trade Locke


The Montreal Canadiens have traded AHL affiliate, Hamilton Bulldogs forward Corey Locke to the Minnesota Wild in exchange the Habs receive Defenseman Shawn Belle.

fuck corey locke is the shit. i cant beleive we traded him. i bet he gets 50 points if he plays 70 games next season. what is gainey doing. we need to get rid of steve begin soooooo badly! we need to get rid of bouillon so badly too. im so sick of seeing the "boui-gorge" line....gorges is awesome. bouillon ruins him. gainey is busy monkeying around this summer

Just a trade for a couple guys to see if a change of teams will help them to be more NHL ready.. take a pill.

Unfortunately because of size (5'9" 170 24yr)Locke would have been a Bulldog for life.We are in no need of another small center.
In Belle we get a good sized defenseman 23yr 6'1" 220 who's claim to fame so far is that he's played in a couple wjr's.
