Hired in 1998 as assistant general manager, he was promoted general manager in 2002. With 3 years remaining to his contract, the Bolts have negotiated a settlement with Feaster to replace him.
Brian Lawton will replace Feaster as Gm while keeping his functions as VP of hockey operations. There was no room anymore for Feaster since Len Barrie and Oren Koules became the owners of the Lightning.
