Former Toronto Maple Leafs forward Chad Kilger will not play next season due personal off-ice issues. Kilger, 31, played 53 games last season with the Leafs, recording 10 goals and 17 points. He was traded to the Panthers at the trade deadline, but never reported to his new team. He was suspended by the Panthers as a result, so his salary wouldn't count against the salary cap.
