The Nashville Predators re-signed forward Jerred Smithson today to a two-year contract. Smithson will earn $725,000 this coming season, and $750,000 in 2009-10.
Smithson, 29, played in 81 games with Nashville last season, tallying 16 points (seven goals, nine assists).
