Leafs Sign D-man Boumedienne

According to SportBladet, the Toronto Maple Leafs have signed D-man Josef Boumedienne to a contract. Boumedienne played for the Hershey Bears of the AHL last year and put up 42 points in the 52 games that he appeared in. The Hershey Bears are the Washington Capital's minor league affiliate . Terms of his contract are unknown at this moment in time.

has anyone else noticed how the leafs have like 47 defensemen in the organization? maybe cliff is anticipating a plague of some sort and thought that he should stock up on marlies to replaced the injured tml defense
