According to Le Journal de Montréal, contrary to reports suggesting that Mats was going to make a decision later this week, the Swedish centre is not quite ready to make a decision just yet.
Sundin is gone fishing with his family this week and will not be available to talk about his future in the NHL. The 37 year-old veteran notched 78 points in 74 games with the Leafs last season before becoming a UFA on July 1st.
My take: Sundin will not make a decision before his wedding later this summer, so let's stop talking about him for a while.

im a huge habs fan and im so sick of sundin. ofcourse i want him to play for us. but he is screwing us over by making us wait. we have missed out on other free agents because of this clown. and if he makes us wait till august we will be completely fucked if he doesnt sign with us. sure we will again make it to the playoffs next year. but i want more than that.and the only player left that could lift the canadiens to the stanley cup final is kirk muller. we need to sign kirk muller to a 1 year contract and get him out frombehind thebench. then we need to toss francis bouillon back into whatever dirty french dumpster we found him in.
