AM 640 is reporting that the San Jose Sharks Have signed Veteran D-man Rob Blake to a contract. 1 year 5 million are the terms. Blake will help stabilize the defence and with his Stanley Cup experience act as a leader and hopefully lead the team to a cup championship.

Naslund and Kalinin Are Rangers

TSN is reporting that Forward Markus Naslund has signed a 2 year deal with the New York Rangers worth 4.5 million.Dmitri Kalinin Has Signed A 1 year contract with the Rangers As Well. Naslund will replace Jagr as a top six forward and Kalinin can act as a 4th or 5th d-man.
