Hartley Or Tortorella On The Island?
According to Andy Strickland of ESPN 1380 the New York Islanders have named Bob Hartley and former Lightning coach John Torterella the leading candidates for there now vacant coaching spot after the firing of head coach Ted Nolan. The wildcard to watch is apparently former Canucks coach and more recently head coach of the LA Kings, Marc Crawford. Crawford was head coach of Vancouver when General Manager Garth Snow was playing goalie with the Canucks.
